Minerals - Application authority [APP-10]
Use this form to give authority to an individual to make new applications or change existing permits.
This form is always required for a transfer of interest application.
It is not required for other applications if the person submitting the application is:
- the only proposed participant; or
- an employee of a company, which is the only proposed participant.
Where an authorised person is making an application, a copy/copies of this form, completed by each Permit Participant, must be attached with that application.
