APP-11/12 - Petroleum - Change contact roles
Use these forms to appoint a permit contact or administrator.
Using the Online Permitting System the Permit administrator can view permit information, and the Application contact can view application information.
- Change an application contact, permit administrator and/or fee administrator on one or more applications and/or permits
