Minerals - New permit [APP-01]
To apply for a new minerals prospecting, exploration or mining permit use the online permitting system or complete an APP-01 form.

Note: if there is more than one proposed permit participant APP-01 must be accompanied by:
- a copy or copies of APP-09 Additional permit participant information application form [PDF 353KB] relating to each additional proposed permit participant.
- a copy or copies of APP-10 Application authority form [PDF 374KB] for each proposed permit participant that is not you as an individual.
